Senior Accountant

Our senior accountants will be actively involved in several industries and variety of work.  Our expectations are that you can take any client information and make adjustments to get an accurate client trial balance and related preparation of income tax returns or financial statements.  We encourage active participation with our clients in solving their financial needs.  Our goal is your active involvement in the engagement and hope that the client would rather call you than call the partner in charge. 

You can also expect to increase your skills by working with experienced CPA team members who will mentor you along your career path.  A personalized continuing education plan  will be designed to address your career goals.  Our active goal is to provide the most up-to-date technology to help you reach these goals.

Qualifications – Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA license or candidate, 3-5 years progressive accounting experience.

Manager

Our managers can expect to be directly responsible for client engagements as well as supervising staff members assigned to those engagements.  Our partners will encourage you to rapidly take over responsibility for the client and hope the client would rather talk to you than the partner.  If that happens, we have done a good job of providing opportunities for you.  Our firm needs your help to grow and transition to the new generation of CPA.  Managers will be responsible for preparing complex and specialized personal and business tax returns including working directly with clients and taxing authorities.  We expect our managers to perform like partners – just not have the name or title yet.

Qualifications – Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA license, 5+ years  progressive accounting experience.
